D& R Canal Canoe Cleanup

Water you doing for Earth Day this year? Join the Princeton Chapter of NJ Community Water Watch in cleaning up the D& R Canal!

Saturday, April 19th, 1pm
Meet up at Turning Basin Park 

Trashbags, gloves, and canoes will be provided! Feel free to bring your own canoe and workgloves.  Free lunch for all volunteers.

Directions:
Turning Basin Park is located where Alexander Rd. meets the Delaware + Raritan Canal in Princeton.  For drivers moving toward Route 1 on Alexander, you can will find the park about a mile away from Nassau St.

For students and/or community members on foot, walk down Washington Rd. towards Route 1 until you hit the canal, then take a right and follow the toe path until it crosses Alexander Rd. (Turning Basin Park).
